Due to recent events and a growing community, we have decided to change some of the rules at TTBFIT.
While the basic principles will remain the same, there will be a few slight changes to the rules of our fitness community.
In recent months, we have been lucky enough to introduce many new members to Fitness and to welcome them into our Fitness Community.
We are looking forward to meeting new, interesting people who will enrich our community.
The more members we have at TTBFIT testing their limits, the more important it is for individuals to be careful.
We wanted to achieve this with as few rules as possible so that we can keep the fun in our Fitness Community.
Fitness is a sport that focuses on top performance in the community.
We want to measure ourselves against each other and to motivate each other to achieve maximum success.
However, we do not welcome individuals who are just in it for themselves. No matter how high you jump, how fast you run, or how much weight you can lift, there will always be someone better than you.
The maxim should therefore always be clear to everyone: we achieve joint success by supporting each other and providing advice and support.
Anyone who disregards the needs of others is wrong for our Fitness Community.
If we all follow this simple rule, we will continue to enjoy Fitness and benefit fully from it.
Our goal is to integrate fitness into everyday life and to ensure a healthy lifestyle for our members. And that only works if we do it together!
I never used to have the motivation to train or improve myself, however once I got a taste of victory, I knew what it felt like when hard work, dedication commitment and discipline pays off.
The feeling of being extremely proud of yourself felt like I had really accomplished something.
The secret to Fitness is adapting the intensity of the training precisely to the physical requirements of the individual person or athletes.
To reach the next level, a continuous increase in weight is necessary.
